Delicious Coco Banana goodness. A great breakfast smoothie to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy-free if you prefer) 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 2 tablespoons of Instant Oatmeal 
  • 1 teaspoon of Coco Powder 
  • 3 Almonds (soaked) 
  • 3 Dates (soaked)

Method

Pop everything in the blender and add milk gradually until you get the perfect consistency. Garnish with Coco Powder. 

TOP TIP! Soak your Almonds and Dates the night before.
