Kiwi Cucumber

A fresh start to your day! Rich in protein and fiber, our kiwi cucumber smoothie is great with any breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
  • ½ cup of coconut water (add more for your preferred consistency)
  • 1 kiwi 
  • 1 small cucumber (de-seeding optional) 
  • 1 green apple 
  • ½ a teaspoon of lemon juice 
  • a handful of mint leaves 
  • ice (optional)

Method

Chop and blend ingredients with ice until smooth. If you’re not a fan of pulpy smoothies, why not try it as a juice! Simply juice the fruits and shake together with Willow Green and coconut water and serve over ice!
